30 Days Return Policy

All products you purchased from BCBMALL can enjoy a 30-day return & refund service.

If you are unsatisfied with any product you have bought from us, you may return it within 30 days after receiving the item(s).

 

Cancel Order & Refund Only

It is viable if you would like to cancel an order before we send it out.

However, once we ship it out, you cannot cancel it. In such a case, you can only apply for a return & refund after receiving the parcel.

 

Return & Refund

You will get a full refund as long as the item is in the original condition and packaging, has not been used, washed or artificially damaged. Following are the steps to apply for a return & refund service.

1. Email us to initiate a return request

Please contact us at service@bcbmall.com to inform us of your returning reasons.

We will usually respond to emails within 1-2 business days, but it may be delayed on holidays or weekends.

If your refund time exceeds 30 days due to our delayed reply, it will not be taken as overdue.

2. Send your item(s) back to us

Once your return is accepted, you will receive an email about the return shipping information, including how and where to return your item(s). Follow the instructions and send your package back to us.

3. Wait for the refund

After receiving your package, we will inspect it and notify you whether it is approved within 1-3 business days.

Once approved, we will return the refund to your original form of payment.

Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post.

  

Damages And Issues

After receiving your order, check the item(s) carefully.

If you received the wrong package or found any item to be defective or damaged, please contact us immediately to evaluate and solve the issue.

  

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange the product in your order before it is sent, please contact our customer service. We will replace the product for you when feasible.

Once your order has been sent out, you cannot exchange the items. You may apply for a refund & return service after receiving the package and place a new order.

 

Important Notice:

  • Items sent back to us without prior request will not be accepted.
  • On sale/clearance items or gift cards are non-returnable.
  • If the product you are going to return comes with a free gift, you need to send them back together.
  • Please return your order to the shipping address we provide in the email about return shipping information. Please make sure not to send it to the address on the package, as it may not be a return address and will affect your return process.
  • Be sure not to send non-BCBMALL items in the return package accidentally. We have no responsibility to send them back to you.
